The project is a 6 units 2-storey semi-detached house, aiming at rejuvenating the local community of Pontian by drawing young people working in Singapore back to it. This is achieved with its strategic location near the Pontian Link connected to Iskandar Coastal Highway, allowing swift travel between Pontian to Second Link customs.

A modern design style is adopted for the semi-detached houses as the target audience is the younger generation of the community. An open plan layout is proposed, with a featured dry kitchen and bar area that blend seamlessly into the common living spaces. Relationship with nature is emphasized with generous amount of window and door openings as well as outdoor terrace spaces, creating a lively and energetic image that is different than what the local community is usually perceived as. The result is a proposal that seeks to reimaged the local community by discovering its hidden potential and opportunities.
